DDPV assists its clients in the drafting and submission of merger filings before the national antitrust authorities as well as to the European Commission (From CO form RS) and in connection with antitrust investigations (EC commission or Italian Antitrust Authority IAA) for alleged violations of art. 101 and/or 102 TFEU (agreements against competition, abuse of dominant position) or art. 2 and 3 of the Italian antitrust law.

DDPV’s Antitrust department assists clients in appeal proceedings against the EC Commission and IAA antitrust decisions (Italian administrative tribunal (TAR) – Supreme administrative court – Consiglio di Stato – or Tribunal General – Court of Justice) and in antitrust private enforcement litigations as well as litigations concerning the abuse of economic dependence.

DDPV also assists its clients in antitrust audit-compliance programs and in state aid issues.
